Test Render Veyron

A test render of the bugatti veyron with default settings so nothing major. Want to put this thing into a real environment and put some paint on it. Afraid to say my mangusta is not going as well. The blueprints are completely wrong. So it's been hard to follow.

In other news I am working on some graphic design work for Detroit Edison. So that is what I will be finishing up today! Then back to some more personal projects and applying for jobs.

Mangusta!



So I think I'm done sculpting on mr crocodile for now. Still some things bothering me with his sculpt but they are minor.

I plan on retopologizing him and rendering him in maya along with trying out maxon bodypaint to do the texture work.

Starting on my next project today which is to model a De Tomaso Mangusta. It was the precursor to the Pantera. Both of which are great designs! Really excited to do some auto work.

WIP - League of Legends


Updates! Some current work in progress sculpts I started of some quite famous league of legends characters. I wanted to take these characters and see how awesome I could make them look with as much detail as I can fit. Being a fan of the game it's really cool to see them come along.

I plan on retopologizing, texturing and maybe building a small scene for them to go into.

Here's my game mesh for the main character in the side scroller I have been working on. He is fully rigged and animated. I am sending him off to my friend, Mr. Stephen Mathieson to bring him to life inside the game engine.

Another Update

I will probably add some more decals and see how I like those. In the mean time, back to enviroment modeling.

Been switching gears a lot during this project so I don't burn out staring at one thing for too long plus it's a nice refresher to get away and come back to something.

Senior Studio Update


Main Character for the game I'm creating in senior studio. You play as the robot above and along the way you can replace parts on him and equip offensive weapons. It will be modeled in 3d but you play it as a side scroller. Robert Kadua and I came up with the concept in August and are now carrying it out into production. If all goes well we should have a playable level by sometime in December/January.

Any robotic name suggestions for the robot above are appreciated.

Alizée Jacotey

Was doing this portrait of Alizée (a french singer) but then class started so everything I do from now on will probably be for some project. If I find some time I'll finish it.

Might do a comicon challenge as well that a friend from school brought up. Essentially it's taking an action hero or villain and either aging them or making them young. Sounds fun. I was playing with the idea of maybe doing clown/violator from Spawn. Fat gross baby clown sounds pretty good.

The photo-manipulation tools I think is by far amazing and they have really improved on a lot of older tools as well.

Aqua Mech Armor




Been adding little things here and there. Pretty low poly surprisingly but zbrush is getting awfully slow anyhow so I will have to see whats up with that. Anyhow I'm pretty happy with it. Just a few things bug me but I'm not going to bother with it. Time to move one and make more things.

Caricature: Zach Braff




So this is an extreme caricature of Zach Braff from scrubs. Modeled from a 2d caricature I found on the googles. It took about an hour to do. I pretty much made it according to the proportions in the caricature which doesn't seem to resemble much of a likeness. Probably works best in a 2d enviroment for such extreme exaggerations. This is my first "finished" bust. I plan to still do some work with it. Maybe move things around see if the proportions in the face help the likeness.

Considering how fast I put this one together I think I will try and make a habit of doing a couple busts a week, time affording.
